Role

As a Controls Engineer (also known as Automation Specialist, Assembly Equipment Control Systems Specialist), you'll oversee the design, construction, and implementation of assembly equipment control systems. You'll lead activities related to the development and implementation of these systems to meet production requirements for new programs and product launches. Your responsibilities will include coordinating planning and implementation, reviewing vendor designs, preparing specifications for purchase, assisting in product and process creation, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications
  • University Diploma in Engineering Technology or 10 years of experience in the controls field with hardware and software design.
  • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA, Statistical Process, and Machine Controls.
