Path Engineering

As a Plant Operations Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager), you'll oversee the operations of plant machinery and maintenance of the building. You'll set clear expectations and goals for your team, provide training and support, measure and monitor performance, and offer feedback and mentoring. You'll also be responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting machinery issues, ordering parts and supplies, and ensuring adherence to company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
