Role

As a Plant Operations Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Operations Supervisor), you'll manage plant machinery operations and building maintenance. You'll set clear expectations and goals for your team, provide training and support, and measure performance against goals. You'll also oversee the maintenance of production facilities, schedule preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery problems, and order mechanical parts and supplies as needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years maintenance experience.
  • Basic PC skills and experience with PLC Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics.
