As a Remote Office Support Specialist (also known as Remote IT Support Specialist, Virtual Office Coordinator), you will provide essential technical support to remote employees, manage and troubleshoot virtual meeting platforms, assist in setting up and maintaining remote office equipment, and coordinate with IT for network and security maintenance. You will also handle incoming calls and emails related to office support inquiries.
