As a Production Supervisor (also known as Shift Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll also be responsible for training employees, troubleshooting technical issues, setting performance goals, and communicating effectively with team members and other departments.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
