Join our team as an Assistant Chief Maintenance Engineer (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager). This hands-on role involves learning from and working with our experienced maintenance chief, with the aim of eventually taking over his position. You'll be involved in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining our top-quality manufacturing processes.

• Strong communication skills in English and a steady attendance record.
• Experience and understanding of manufacturing processes, including knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, industrial machine maintenance and repair, and industrial plumbing.
• Proficiency in electrical systems ranging from 24v to 480v, including electronic controls, power supplies, wiring, motors, and transformers.
• Experience with wastewater treatment and effluent systems, as well as knowledge of steam plant operations, including pumps and valves. Candidates should either have or be willing to obtain a city boiler license (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, and building materials, demonstrating a good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
