Path Engineering

As a Press Brake Operator (also known as a Machine Operator or Production Technician), you'll program, set up, and operate the press brake to perform a variety of operations such as forming, notching, bending, and punching. You'll also be responsible for setting dies and gauges, determining sequences for complex sections, and setting up for special shapes and multiple punching. You'll consistently perform work assignments at routed rates, inspect workmanship, and assist in problem-solving with machines and equipment.

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, drawings, manuals, etc.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, and shop math skills.
