Role

As a Production Manager (also known as Manufacturing Coordinator, Production Supervisor), you'll direct and manage production activities, plan work schedules, hire and train personnel, and maintain production reports. You'll also monitor quality control systems, resolve procedural issues, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in the food industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and basic PC skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
