Senior Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for keeping all equipment operational, diagnosing and repairing or replacing faulty parts and components of machines, and installing and repairing electrical systems. You'll also work on installing power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment, diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus, and testing malfunctioning machinery. You'll need to be able to multitask and be flexible to serve our customers effectively.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma required.
  • Five years related experience in maintenance (mechanical required / plus electrical preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial or warehouse settings required.
  • Availability to occasionally work overtime and on Saturdays.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (including but not limited to lifting up to 50 pounds and moving up to 250 pounds, frequent overhead work, bend & squat & stoop, and climb stairs as well as standing and/or walking for long periods of time).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Leadership, working independently, customer centricity, collaboration, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), advanced critical thinking, problem-solving skills, team leadership and participation. Ability to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs effectively. Continuous Improvement skills and experience is essential.
