Join our team as a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Operator, Production Worker). In this role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, perform manual labor, and ensure the supply of raw materials for the production and processing of high-quality tire components. You'll also be responsible for maintaining machine operation, shifting materials as necessary, and keeping daily records of operations.

• Competitive base pay starting at $19/hr with potential to earn up to $23.49/hr.
• Rotating 12-hour shifts, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic heavy industrial environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights, with or without reasonable accommodations.
