Path Engineering

As an Operations Supervisor (also known as Distribution Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor), you'll plan, direct, and assign work activities in a distribution department. You'll support and implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions. You'll also manage and improve functional areas and institute performance measures through the use of Continuous Improvement tools. Your role will include improving working conditions and processes (safety, quality, productivity, and cost) including supporting and directing employees to participate in improvement programs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• Previous experience in supervision.
