As a Production Department Manager (also known as Aseptic Production Manager, Manufacturing Department Manager), you'll manage and direct activities of the aseptic production department, collaborate with planning and maintenance departments, ensure product quality and safety, and promote a positive working environment. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related vocational studies. Master's Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Aseptic Field or similar manufacturing environment, with 4+ years of managing people/projects. 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Understanding of aseptic production processes and controls, with food processing experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment.
