Path Engineering

As a Powder Coater/Phosphate Cleaner (also known as Coating Technician, Finishing Specialist), you'll be responsible for cleaning, prepping, and racking parts for powder coating on a variety of metal products. You'll also handle washing parts using a steam cleaning system, moving coated racks into curing ovens, and maintaining adequate powder inventory levels. Your role will also involve operating powder coating equipment, inspecting finished products for quality, and adhering to production schedules.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18-$22, based on skills and experience.
• Flexible shift options: 06:00AM -2:15PM or 2:15PM to 10:45PM.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in coatings or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in powder coating or similar finishing process preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and ability to operate industrial/parts washing systems.
