Role
As an Assembly Operator (also known as Assembly Technician, Production Assembler), you'll set up and operate assembly equipment, ensure compliance with shop orders, produce sub-assemblies and completed products, and complete necessary documentation. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

- High school diploma or GED preferred, with the ability to read and write at an acceptable level.
- Physical ability to bend, stand for prolonged periods, stoop, pull, and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Experience in assembly preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, excellent communication, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret shop orders and learn model numbers.
