Role
As a Molding Operator Technician I (also known as Assembly Technician, Production Technician), you'll play a crucial role in our production process. You'll be responsible for setting up, optimizing production runs, performing quality checks, and ensuring our equipment remains operational. Your duties will include:
- Efficiently completing the assembly process in a high-quality, repeatable manner.
- Performing complicated machine set-ups.
- Conducting quality checks/audits during a production run.
- Performing preventive maintenance on Assembly machines.
- Identifying efficiency improvement, cost savings, and quality improvement opportunities.

- Basic shop math/computer skills.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills/ability to solve mechanical issues.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and injection molding experience.
- Ability to lift and/or move 35 lbs and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the production floor.
