Role

As a Repair and Maintenance Technician (also known as Facilities Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll work closely with the Facilities Service Department. Your duties will include coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment, such as electrical systems, construction projects, pipe repair, and plumbing. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing facility and equipment maintenance plans, recommending cost-saving methods, and promoting efficiency, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Three (3) or more years of prior maintenance, repair, and plumbing experience.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, industrial construction, machine safety inspections, and creating preventive maintenance plans.
