Path Engineering

As a Welding Technician (also known as Fabrication Specialist, Welder), you'll be responsible for welding materials to precise dimensions and tolerances as per work instructions. This includes applying metal banding, operating machinery, and working collaboratively with team members. You'll also ensure quality control, manage equipment, and communicate effectively with others.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in MIG & TIG welding and metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in operating machinery and power tools, including cranes, saws, grinders, and welders.
• Ability to read and understand standard units of measure, and perform basic mathematical operations.
• Experience in handling material of various sizes and weights, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety rules and standards in a production environment.
• Preferred: AWS certifications in D1.1, D1.5, D1.6, and/or D1.2; experience with complex fit-up and fixturing; ability to read, comprehend and interpret blueprint drawings.
