Repair Technician

Role

As an Instrument Repair Technician (also known as Repair Specialist, Maintenance Technician), you'll perform basic to intermediate inspections and repairs on surgical instruments using various tools. You'll work in diverse settings such as a mobile repair truck, a repair lab, or inside a hospital, based on customer needs within your assigned territory. This role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, such as repair, assembly, product testing, use of small hand tools, etc.
  • Must be able to meet flexible schedules with early/late hours and occasional overnight/out of state travel, based on customer and business needs.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT medical/ physical exam and comply with all DOT regulations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and maintain required vaccines.
