Process Engineer

Role

As an Operations Engineer (also known as Process Engineer, Production Engineer), you'll be responsible for learning and adhering to local and company requirements, rules, and procedures. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, conduct machine trials, manage capital projects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also play a key role in crew training and development, act as a liaison between suppliers and crews, and support safety improvement efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field.
  • Training and certification in Six Sigma or similar curriculum.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a paper making or similar operation, with some supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment.
  • Experience with ERP and Quality Control Software.
