As a Maintenance Coordinator (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager), you'll oversee the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers, ensuring that production equipment, machinery, and facilities are in good working order. You'll be responsible for managing preventative maintenance activities, overseeing outside contractors, and building a positive work environment.

• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field/vocational studies. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects. 6 years preferred.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting, and experience with Hydraulics and Industrial Automation Equipment.
