Role

As a Site Safety Manager (also known as Safety Program Manager, Safety Coordinator), you will be responsible for managing the site safety program, driving housekeeping standards, and leading employee safety initiatives. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, supporting positive change, and communicating effectively with the team. Additionally, you'll manage employee performance, provide development opportunities, and ensure business results by leading the operating system and managing expenses.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
