Beverage Equipment Service Technician

Role

As a Field Equipment Service Technician (also known as Equipment Service Tech, Beverage Equipment Technician), you'll provide exceptional service and installation of coffee brewing and beverage equipment. You'll manage parts inventory, service call closure, and document work assignments and time. You'll also participate in "On Call" service, including after hours and weekend schedule rotation.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Mechanical and technical experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Previous foodservice, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Tech Meter experience preferred.
  • Ability to problem solve, diagnose equipment issues, and manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Proficiency in Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, and HVAC.
