Role

As a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Technician, Welding Specialist), you will be responsible for resolving issues related to robotic and manual weldments, fabrication, and assembly. Your duties will include conducting root cause analysis with production units, proposing corrective actions, developing work instructions, performing time studies, coordinating inspection of finished products, and addressing design and tolerance issues.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum 1-year related experience in GMAW and/or training required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products, primarily Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn intermediate level AutoCAD, PTC Creo.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to interpret welding blueprint specifications and symbols required.
