As a Material Development Engineer (also known as Polymer Scientist, Materials Scientist), you'll be a creative problem solver, working closely with product development and business teams to bring new products to market across a variety of industries. You'll develop novel materials, design experiments to address product challenges, and stay up-to-date with technological developments in your field.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in materials science, polymer science or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of industry experience in rubber compounding.
  • Hands-on experience in rubber mixing, rubber testing, and laboratory chemistry.
