Role

As a Food Production Operator (also known as Food Manufacturing Technician, Food Processing Operator), you'll be responsible for interpreting formulas to determine product specifications, recording production and test data, monitoring and regulating gauges, operating and tending machines to mix or blend a variety of food products, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment. You'll also be tasked with examining product samples during production, conducting in-process testing, and modifying manufacturing directives as necessary.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • One to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in Blueprint Reading.
