Diesel Technician

Role

As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic (also known as Fleet Services Technician), you'll diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in tractors and trailers using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment. You'll also perform preventive maintenance on our fleet and conduct DOT inspections per FMSCA guidelines. This role requires physical capability to perform all job duties, including lifting and/or pulling 75 lbs or more without restriction, standing or lying for extended periods, and having flexible movement to reach equipment.

Benefits
  • Competitive pay rate of $26 - $35/hr, depending on experience and certifications.
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in the first 90 days.
  • Regular Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license, with a preference for ability to obtain a Class A, Class B, and/or Class C license.
  • Technical or advanced degree or 3-5+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance using diagnostic tools such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows.
