Role

As a Supply Chain Manager (also known as Logistics Manager, Operations Manager), you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. Your role will be critical in optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain network. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance across the supply chain.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, supplier management, and inventory optimization.
  • Working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
