Maintenance Technician

Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all plant equipment. You'll ensure a safe and efficient working order to minimize downtime, perform preventative maintenance tasks, and accurately complete all assigned maintenance work orders using a computerized CMMS system.

  • Full-time positions with 1st shift (6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday) and 3rd shift (10pm to 6am, Monday - Friday) openings.

Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years on the job experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or minimum three (3) years in a Maintenance Utility position.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency in at least 3 of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Welding, HVAC.
  • Must have own tools and basic computer skills needed to use CMMS system.
  • Ability to lift 90 pounds and complete forklift and scissors lift driving training programs.
  • Good attendance and performance work history, and a motivated self-starter able to work alone and in groups to solve problems.
