Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll oversee the daily activities of the maintenance department, manage workflow, maintain production equipment, establish preventive maintenance programs, and administer training programs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining inventory of spare parts, ensuring business goals are met, and overseeing maintenance mechanics and electro-mechanical staff.

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5 years related experience, including supervisory experience.
• Electrical background with PLC's is ideal.
• Ability to read drawings such as electrical schematics, P&ID’s (control loops), and ladder logic.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze various manufacturing, maintenance, and mechanical related issues.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
