Path Engineering

As a Manufacturing Engineer (also known as Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer), you'll be responsible for enhancing all manufacturing processes, focusing on material efficiency, ergonomics, and product quality. You'll work with production teams to identify improvement projects, analyze their impact on material/labor cost, product quality, and employee safety, and provide technical support from the initial research stage to implementation in production. This includes prototype building, possible construction, employee training, and testing of new processes.

• A college degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, manual machining skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
