Role

As a Quality and Manufacturing Engineer (also known as Operations Project Manager, Quality Control Specialist), you'll guide product design for quality and manufacturability, transition products to manufacturing, and improve process capability and efficiency. You'll serve as a key technical liaison between engineering development and operations, providing metrics and feedback, and leading improvements. You'll also focus on delivering quality products that meet customer requirements, identifying opportunities for yield improvement, process improvement, and cost-reduction methods.

Qualifications
  • BS in a technical discipline and 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, operations project management, or quality position.
  • Experience working on DoD programs and knowledge of AS9100 rev D and working in an aerospace environment.
  • US. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Experience with Agile PLM (or similar), Oracle, Jira, and Jama software is a plus.
