Role
As a Medical Equipment Technician (also known as Electro-Mechanical Technician, Hydraulic Technician), you'll be responsible for disassembling, testing, troubleshooting, refurbishing, and reassembling components, devices, and medical equipment. You'll work independently and as part of a team, using a variety of hand tools and diagnostic devices. You'll also provide backup support for other production-based roles, including material handling and shipping/receiving.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience (e.g. mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, hydraulics, plumbing, HVAC, and/or automotive diagnosis or repair).
- Associates degree or related certifications in technical/mechanical area, competitive equipment training or related military experience may be considered towards technical experience requirement.
- Experience with hydraulics, mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, lean manufacturing principles, and machine safety inspections.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to work in a team environment.
