Composites Team Lead

Role

As a Composite Manufacturing and Assembly Specialist (also known as Composite Technician, Manufacturing Operator), you'll be responsible for composite manufacturing and assembly, specifically Thermosets and their processes. This includes Prepreg & Wet Lamination, Vacuum Bagging, In & Out of Autoclave Processing, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to guide and support technicians within your department, coordinate with supervisors and management, and act as a subject matter expert for lean/continuous improvement events.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Composite manufacturing, assembly & fabrication.
  • Apprenticeship, Associates degree or combination of training and hands-on experience required.
  • Expert understanding of manufacturing and/or assembly of thermoset composites.
