Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Operations Manager, Shift Supervisor), you'll oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring reliability and consistency. You'll manage the performance of hourly shift team members, act as the liaison between workers and management, and drive continuous business improvement.
