As a Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll lead a team in a lean manufacturing environment, ensuring the delivery of quality products in a safe and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily manufacturing operations, maintaining a clean work area, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves working Monday - Friday from 3:30pm - 12:00am with occasional Saturdays.
