Role

As an Environmental Health & Safety Technician (also known as EHS Technician, Safety Officer), you will be responsible for hazardous materials management, conducting machine safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting. Your duties will include solid and hazardous waste management, storm water pollution prevention, spill prevention control and countermeasures, and general safety measures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in Environmental or Safety Programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in machine safety inspections, experience in a manufacturing environment, and handling hazardous materials.
