As a CNC Field Service Technician (also known as CNC Maintenance Technician, CNC Service Engineer), you will utilize your understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to effectively detect and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components. Your duties will include traveling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all CNC machine tool equipment and controls, utilizing machine tool manuals and technical documents to research machine issues, ensuring proper documentation, promoting and performing preventative maintenance, and conducting after-sales technical support and training.

• 5+ years of experience with mechanical/electrical repair of CNC machine tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Physical ability to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching and lifting of moderate to heavy weight material up to 50 lbs. with assistance from equipment or other employees.
• Ability to frequently use hands and arms.
• Ability to keep his/her composure with the public and co-workers in everyday, stressful situations.
