Role

As a Site Safety Manager (also known as Safety Program Manager, Site Safety Leader), you'll manage the site safety program, drive housekeeping standards, and demonstrate leadership for employee safety and wellness. You'll also develop and display a thorough understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives, support positive change, and communicate with the team to promote understanding of strategic objectives. Additionally, you'll manage employee performance, provide development opportunities, and mentor/coach employees regarding career planning and skills development.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
