Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Shift Manager, Production Shift Leader), you'll manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to a manufacturing production shift. Your key responsibilities will include maximizing productivity, minimizing cost, maintaining quality, supervising 25-50 employees, coordinating with schedulers, and carrying out supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and training employees. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all production data is gathered and reported correctly daily, supporting and improving upon quality initiatives, and implementing effective safety programs.

• BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in group situations and deal effectively with conflict.
• Good computer skills, SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in plastic extrusion, injection molding, plastic thermoforming, blow molding, plastic packaging, flexible packaging, and/or paper packaging manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in leadership and people management.
• Experience with ERP Software.
