Industrial Maintenance Technician

Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician - Level Three (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Industrial Mechanic), you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of machinery and equipment in a continuous improvement-based environment. This includes setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining production/manufacturing equipment, performing preventative maintenance duties, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and making necessary repairs or adjustments.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience.
  • Experience with mechanical systems (e.g., gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings), product manuals (e.g., reading and applying knowledge to make repairs), troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and reading mechanical drawings (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics).
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics Experience, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, PLC Programming Experience, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, PLC Wiring Experience, Experience in a Manufacturing Environment, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing).
