Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll be responsible for analyzing work orders, creating production schedules, supervising machine operators and forklift drivers, and collaborating with the maintenance manager. You'll also be involved in employee training, performance reviews, and enforcing safety requirements. Your role will also include developing measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in the field; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of production processes and controls, ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
