As a Machine Shop Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll play a vital role in overseeing the production process, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating activities of machine shop employees, and performing mechanical troubleshooting. You'll also set up machines for production runs, monitor quality standards, and collaborate with other supervisors to optimize production schedules.
