Join our team as a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Machinery Specialist). You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting, testing, monitoring equipment, conducting repairs and replacements. You'll be a key contributor to the success of our plant in a dynamic environment that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $30.00 per hour plus a .50 shift differential for hours worked after 1st shift.

• 2 or more years’ mechanical experience in a high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing environment (food industry is highly preferred).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• Excellent Interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment.
• Time Management and Organization; Ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
