Path Engineering

As a Senior Maintenance Technician-PLC (also known as Electrical Maintenance Specialist, Automation Technician), you'll ensure equipment uptime through in-depth electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC & 24VDC components. You'll work with various operating systems including Allen Bradley (AB), B&R automation, Siemens, and Zenon. You'll also perform troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment, and general electrical maintenance of the building and grounds. You'll collaborate with Maintenance Technicians, Machine Operators, Supervisors, and Managers to resolve both electrical and mechanical issues.

• High school diploma or GED, Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in an electrical maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC Step 7, and Factory Talk Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical and instrumentation diagrams.
• Experience in troubleshooting Siemens, Allen Bradley (AB), B&R, and/or other automation systems.
• Experience with variable frequency drives, servomotors and controllers, communication systems (asi-bus, can-bus, profi- bus, ethernet), PLC input/output cards, and safety modules.
