Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator). Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of assigned machines, meeting production requirements and customer specifications. This includes data entry into our ERP system, setting up and operating machines, inspecting products for defects and dimensions, and packaging products for shipment. You'll also have the opportunity to cross-train and work in various functions within the shop.

• Competitive pay of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with lathe/slitting/machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to lift 35 lbs, and proficiency with PCs and ERP systems.
