Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Care Associate), you'll interact with customers via various channels, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer accounts. You'll also have the opportunity to perform limited warehouse duties, such as operating a forklift, coordinating shipping programs, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
