Role
As a Customer Engineer III (also known as Semiconductor Engineer, Customer Support Engineer), you'll be proficient on primary toolsets, perform startup activities, complete qualifications, and ensure quality repairs. You'll actively respond to issues, participate in projects to drive down costs or increase uptime, verify operational quality of system equipment, perform most retrofits on equipment, and assume responsibility for full customer satisfaction.

- Semiconductor experience 2+ years.
- Ability to interact with customers on a daily basis-strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM Software, Blueprint Reading, Electrical Schematics, CAD Software, Basic Computer Skills.
