As a Production Operator (also known as Manufacturing Operator, Production Technician), you'll play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the availability of quality products for our customers. Your responsibilities will include blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings, preparing products for packaging and shipment, and adhering to safety procedures in a production environment.

• Starting pay of $20.50 per hour, with pay increases after 90 and 180 days.
• Additional shift differential pay for evening and night shifts.
• Rotating shift schedule, offering flexibility.

• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Willingness to work any job and overtime as needed.
