Role

As a Repair Technician (also known as Device Repair Specialist, Surgical Instrument Repair Technician), you'll perform inspections, repairs, and refurbishments of surgical instruments and devices in a lab-based setting. You'll ensure timely and quality repairs to meet compliance standards, delivering superior customer experience as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, assembly, or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push instrument carts ranging from 10-150 pounds.
  • Ability to adhere to standard work instructions, identify risks and issues, and escalate them effectively.
