CNC Mill Programmer

Role

As a CNC Mill Programmer (also known as CNC Machinist, CNC Operator), you'll be responsible for programming and operating CNC Mill machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Your tasks will include interpreting blueprints, performing complex mill operations, maintaining tool supply, troubleshooting machine issues, and conducting quality assurance tests.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience operating and programming CNC mills.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM Software and troubleshooting CNC Machines.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) in ASME Y14.5- 2009 standard.
  • Ability to write your own CNC programs.
  • Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
